The Opportunity

IPSF is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and Chief Impact Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and enjoys supporting executive leadership, Board and donor relations, special events, and day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do:

·         Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CIO, including calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and presentation              materials.
·         Support Board and key stakeholder communications, meetings, materials, and follow-up.
·         Assist with donor relations activities, stewardship tracking, special events, programs, and special projects.
·         Help manage office operations, vendors, supplies, records, and other administrative needs.
·         Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure timely follow-through on executive and organizational priorities.
 
What We’re Looking For:

·         Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
·         Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential or sensitive information.
·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with executive leadership, Board members, donors, staff, and external             stakeholders.
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
·         Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of executive-level administrative support experience required; event planning and         donor and/or Board relations experience highly preferred.
 
Position Details:

Full-time, exempt | Salary range: $75,000-$81,000, depending on qualifications and experience | Irvine, CA. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday within normal office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend events. IPSF currently operates on a hybrid schedule with two in-office collaboration days and three remote workdays.
